Artichoke Dip (no spinach)

Artichoke dip

This is a great rich dip to be serve warm with bread or crackers

1 can of artichoke hearts drained
1 clove chopped garlic
¼ cup sliced sundried tomatoes
1 cup mayo ( sometime I cut this with sour cream)
Dash of lemon juice
Dash of pepper and salt
1 cup of parmesan cheese ( keep out a ¼ cup to cover top)

Mix all ingredients and place in baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top

Bake at 400 for 25-35 or until top gets golden
