Banana Cupcake with Peanut Butter and Jelly

Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsps. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup full cream milk
1 cup margarine, softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 pcs. eggs
1 cup cavendish banana, mashed

For frosting:
creamy peanut butter
fruit jelly of your choice
For topping:
assorted candies

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, combine vanilla and milk. Using a third bowl, cream margarine and sugar. When light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk mixture. Fold in mashed bananas last. Pour mixture into lined cupcake molders until 3/4-inch full. Bake for 30 minutes.
 
Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup green onions, thinly sliced including tops

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 loaf french bread, about 20" & slice lengthwise
fresh parsley/paprika (optional)

Directions:

Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onions and garlic.

Spread on bread slices.

Sprinkle with minced parsley and paprika, if desired.
