The only problem was that I couldn't find lard in my grocery store and had to use Crisco instead. Ended up with next to no pan drippings for the gravy and had to melt some butter instead. It was still yummy though.

Lard, look for Manteca in your local Mexican store. Its the best. Makes the best pie crust to. CF:)
