"Country style" ribs

This is about the only time I don't smoke ribs. Country style is basically a pork butt sliced up.

they smell pretty tasty. No plated pic tonight, I'm just gonna start eating when they are ready

I love "country style" ribs, other than spare ribs, they are awesome. so esy to make...and eat
