I like Chinese food but I don't know how to cook it , it is pretty difficult ....

I also love Chinese cuisine, it's really difficult to cook the same way they used to cook because, I think that they are using different herbs and spices compare to what we use.

their main secret - very hot woks that are never cleaned - so the foods pick up the tastes of everything cooked in the wok - use the same pan day in and day out and never clean - make sure you cook overthe hottest heat and never clean the pan - same results

except - I could never NOT clean anything

Like my cast iron pans I "clean" but I don't "wash" my wok.

I think I am the only one who washes my cast iron in hot soapy water after each use, then I have to season it again and ditto with my wok.
