Ingredients:
4 C large, halved strawberries
3 tbls. orange juice concentrate or orange-flavoured liqueur (preferred)
1/2 C plus 2 tbls. powdered sugar
1/2 pint whipping cream
2 tbls. sour cream
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Sprinkle strawberries with orange juice concentrate or liqueur and 1/2 c of the powdered sugar. Stir together. Refrigerate about 20 minutes. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Stir in 2 tbls. sugar, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Fold chilled straberries into whipped cream mixture. This is decadent and delicious!
