I'm usually not good at growing herbs but I did start a 10" pot of thyme last spring and it's been great. Fresh thyme has been included in many of my soups and there is still plenty of it. Keeping my fingers crossed for the winter though. BTW its grown on the porch not inside.

My thyme starting dieing from the roots up in the garden a few weeks ago. I hope it comes back next year like normally and didnt get some sort of disease that killed it. It normally doesnt die out til the first frost.

We plantes 3 different varieties of peppers, parsley, cilantro, and basil today!

Does it stay warm longer in your area Cathy? Those things would never grow here this time of the year.
