If you were to open a food kiosk what would the concept and product be?

I was just wondering since most of us here loves to cook, if you were given the chance to open up or to put up a small business like a food kiosk, what would be your concept and your main product be?

Mine will probably be pancake or cupcake stall -- more on desserts kiosk..
 
Mine would be a combination of unhealthy decadent foods that everybody loves- all wrapped-up into ONE treat: chocolate-dipped, bacon-wrapped, deep-fried, spam-infused, sugar-sprinkled, butter lubed, salt-seasoned, granola-encrusted, gummy-somethings. But I'm not quite sure just exactly what the "somethings" will be just yet! I'm still workin' on that! :):):)

an don't forget the gravy-laden, super-sauced, highly intoxicating, jam and jelly-filled, marshmallow-topped, sticky-fingered, finger-lickin', and ooey-gooey as well!

You're right mama! You know- you might have to drop-by to assist. I think we're gonna have our work cut out for us. I might even have to fish the blackberry cordial bottle out from way at the back of the top cupboard to get us thru this one! :)

I would name my kiosk "Incredibites." I know it would require a lot of work but I am absolutely fascinated with appetizers and finger foods. Macaroni and cheese in mini parm crisps, marinated shrimp pops, brandy-infused bacon-wrapped figs, etc., etc.
