I think we've missed you the last few days or maybe we just been "hoggin" the posts, you know me I've gotta live up to my srcreen name Which by the way I chose simply because there was a Doll called "Chatty Cathy" back when I was just a little girl, and I think I had one and she talked, and I love to talk and cook and so put the 3 together Doll from my era + love to cook + my real name = "Cook Chatty Cathy".

How did you pick out MamaMangia? Which I love by the way!

As a matter of fact I pretty much like everyone's screen names KYH, CAG, StickyPirate, Shipscook, ect.........

I think it would be fun to talk a little bit about why we chose them.

Hello Dear - and hello to all!

Mama is here and lurking a bit. I'm working on a new batch of homemade recipes - again. Been busy with so much the past few days that I haven't been posting much. That gives you guys a nice break from me!

Now - how did I pick my name??? Come to dinner and that is what you here -

MANGIA, MANGIA!

No one argues with me on that one!

The "Mama" part - well I've been like a mom to many.

So there you have it.
