I also planted a few vegetable seeds and plants over the weekend and it blow like heck out here. The plants made it. However, I am not sure about the seeds. I guess I will find out soon enough when I see watermelon or corn growing across the street. LOL

I checked on my plants last night and surpringly, most of them are still standing.

That is good. We are having 60 mph winds right now and I am pretty sure that there will be nothing left of the plants.
