Some money was burning a hole in my pocket so I decided to purchase the brand new Ninja™ Master Prep Mixer/Blender/Chopper/Drink Maker, made by Euro-Pro.

The first thing that is noticed on this machine is it has two (2) sets of double blades at different heights so it actually chops....evenly. With my regular food processor I always ended up with a mixture between liquid and big chucks, and what I wanted was somewhere in between. Okay, I'm impressed.
It comes with a 2-cup chopping base and a larger 6-cup pitcher base. They used the pitcher to chop ice down to perfect snow texture for making all kinds of drinks, but it can be used for larger mixing recipes too, like a couple recipes for chicken salad in the provided book.
If you haven't seen this before, check it out. I liked it enough to go out and buy one at my local Sears (expensive) since my local Wal-Mart didn't have it yet. Check to see what local stores might be getting it and check it out.
