Smokehouse Build

Wanting to build a new smokehouse, Any ideas? Nothing to large, maybe about the size of a large upright freezer. I have looked on the internet, lots out there. What has been your experience? Wanting to smoke sausage and maybe some fish or fowl. CF

Smokehouse

Just an update, I did get my smokehouse built quite some time ago. I love it, was gonna be way cool and post a photo but can't get it done. Site keeps deleting my post when trying to post photo. Oh well, maybe later. CF
