4 thick porkchops
10 pieces of bread
4-5 stalks celery
1/2 cup onion
1/2 carton mushrooms
poultry seasoning
salt
pepper
1 stick of butter

chop up celery, onion, and mushroom
Heat skillet on medium high with 1/2 stick of butter until melted. put the celery, onion and mushrooms in pan. stir frequently and cook until celery looses the green color. Add more butter to taste, add poultry seasoning and salt and pepper while still on the skillet. I'd say about 1 tsp. of the poultry seasoning.
Heat oven to 375.
Cut up bread into pieces. Put in large mixing bowl and add stuffing mix. Cut the pork chops so that they are pockets down the side. season chops with poultry seasoning and s&P.
Stuff pork chops until full, then put on piece of foil, enough to wrap aroung the chop completely. Cook for 45 minutes
