Taco Salad:
1-1 1/2 lbs of browned ground beef (you can choose if you want taco seasoning in it or not, I do not use it)
1 1/2-2 heads lettuce or 2-3 bags of bagged salad
1 sm onion red or white & or (2 bunches of green onions)
2 tomatoes
1 bag (2 cups) Taco Cheese
1 sm can of black olives
1 can of kidney or black beans (optional)
1 Bottle Western dressing
1 Jar Salsa (i use Pace)
1/2 bag of Doritos
sour cream
Mix lettuce, onion, tomatoes, Cheese, olives, beans, dressing.
Add ground beef
top with salsa, sour cream, and a handful of crushed Doritos.
Make ahead for parties/picnices, just don't add the doritos until serving.
