Just lately when I fry my tuna burgers they stick all the time. Am I using too little oil or anything else?
preheat your pan, when hot - then add your oil and heat that - then add your meats/burgers/etc.
and if it is a teflon or coated pan - do not preheat - the chemicals in it are not safe
also - cook over a medium heat - not high heat
