I've always wanted to cook a goose for Christmas. But every time I mention it, folks revolt! They want turkey for Thanksgiving and prime rib roast for Christmas. I never win.

I've done goose a couple times - it was very tasty but be forewarned - there's not much meat on a goose!

I didn't know that! I usually only have 4 or 6 of us fro Christmas lately. Will an average goose feed that many?
