Love Canal is nothing compared to a few other area sites that they are trying to hide! Children - if they can be carried full term - are born with birth defects and health problems, the people - from infant on up - are all dying of rare forms of cancer, everyone has breathing problems, the ground is contaminated as well as the houses - but - according to some bigwigs - it's okay to live there! So they dig up 6 inches of soil and replace it with other soil from the next street - DUH!!!!! and say it is all better. After all - it's not ALL over according to the idiots in charge! So dig up the front yard and not the back - like that is the cure-all! And while they are at it - they build a hydropnic plant on site to grow tomatoes for us to buy - like I would buy those!!! Let the contamination get to the employees working there and creep into everything that is touched and grown!! It's not bad enough that hydroponic foods are loaded with chemicals and #$%& to make them grow! And don't forget the nuclear plant that is that way - all those trees around that plant are so HUGE!!! But they claim that there are no problems with leakage????? Yeah right - apparently Paul Bunyan grew the plants from the beans he got from Jack after he crawled back down the beanstalk!
And of course - they are PUSHING fishing in the Niagara River, Lake Erie and all along the waterfront - well - let's see - do you see that orange water flowing into the lake??? It isn't exactly Gatorade folks. A friend of mine did a study of the fish in Lake Erie - and the conclusion was DO NOT EAT THESE FISH - or more pleasantly said - EAT AND DIE! Expose it and tell the story - and you get fired and everything is hushed. So they have all the bass fishermen come to town to catch bass, and they want to build more for everyone to fish!!! Hello - what about the chemicals from Buffalo Color???? You cannot even breathe the air there without filling your body with the fumes! But I wonder why they say that area is populated with breast and lung cancer patients????? Did they migrate there to be together???? One development over - walk on the ground and die!!! And of course - don't forget Tifft Nature Preserve! Someday Bigfoot will emerge - but it won't be Bigfoot at all - it wil be a little mouse that has ingested enough chemicals to alter his growth. Same water from the lake - poor animals look like crap at the preserve - and it was all flatlands around there - but now there are hills all over - and what is contained in those hills - 55 gallon drums of goodies for us all!!!! But no one will admit it. No one wants to talk about it. Miles of hills built on top of drums! Go to a citizens meeting and spill the beans to the newcomers and the younger ones that know nothing about it - and they (politicians, etc.) play dumb - there is no such thing - you must be wrong - what do you know --- but would you like me to publish the pictures for you? Why not ask those that are left that are battling these diseases about it before they die???
How strange that one area of a city can have the highest percentage of MS, cancer, etc. concentrated in one part!!! But we won't talk about that - no one will listen - they all turn a deaf ear. So big shots - move into those homes, plant gardens on that land, breathe in that air and don't forget to bring your dogs and children too - then let the rest of the population know how it is to live there!
Let your kids play in those playgrounds you built there. Get yourself some hydroponic tomatoes as well and enjoy them!
Oh and if you or anyone gets sick - just remove the top layer - I'd say about 2 - 4 inches of soil from your front yard and replace it with the soil from down the street - it will be all better then. And your original dirt - well that will get dumped on a corner and eventually spread out so that no one will know the difference.
After all - if a plant was in that location and has closed down - and the building was removed - doesn't that mean that all the bad contaminants are gone????
PS - dont' dig down too far - you may find 55 gallon drums of goodies! You're surronded by them anyway. Look at all those very high mounds of dirt built to give you a nice "view".
