That is very similar to the Erma Rhombaur (sic) recipe I use only use olive oil instead of mayo and fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. I like the addition of the herbs, too. Sometimes I like the creamy instead.

Do you mash your anchovies into the dressing or just lay them on top? I go both ways.

I always put extra on top.

I like the white one's but they are pricy.
