John Steinbeck & Ernest Hemmingway 'cause I think they'd be a blast to hang out and drink after-dinner drinks with and swap tall tales with and smoke cigars with!

Erma Bombeck because she and I would hang out and drink after dinner drinks and swap funny stories and laugh and hey we might just smoke a cigar!!!

Then I would drop by KYH's place when he had Custer over so I could "Punk-smack" the sucker with him, then I'd hang a sharp Northern route and swing by Jafo's new Digs so I could hang with "The Duke" over there, then cruise on in to Chubby's on my way home and see Lucy in person and beg her to give Desi just one more chance, before I returned home!!! I know those two loved each other!, it was just the gettin' along part they couldn't bear! Also since I just couldn't bear to miss out on T. Edison I might just have to do a repeat visit over there with him!

Good answer, Cath! And that danged Lucy/Desi break-up!... I don't know why they had to go and bust apart- they shoulda stuck it out for the good of the country!
