kosher works best for brining

Okay. Thanks, Mama....I thought I just had the kosher and the sea salt. But when I got to rummaging around I found some ice cream salt. Don't know whether it can be used for anything other than making ice cream. I think I got it to spread on the front step last winter to melt ice.

stick to using it for ice cream and melting your ice outside - kosher goes with everything - and it's edible - LOL
