You know, you can make a reduction of brown sugar, dark rum and butter to drizzle over those grilled pineapple. It is SO good...especially over pound cake. (Just be sure to heat it long enough so the sugar isn't grainy.)
I just got two kassler ripchken out of the freezer but will have to pan fry them - it is pouring rain and will get no BBQing done today unless it lets up. I'll fix a little German fare tonight.
