We got some of the 100 calorie Jello cups for my husband for lunch & he said they tasted just like the regular stuff. He really liked them, but like everyone says they were kind of expensive, even at Sam's Club, which is where we got them. They were a nice break from his usual yogurts for dessert.
This just gives me the idea. Maybe I'll try making my own 100 calorie packs. There are a lot of information out there that can help you approximate how much calorie you have for each ingredient in your food. I think this will be a difficult task, but rewarding.
It's a million dollar idea, for sure. Wish I had thought of it!
100 calorie packs? I haven't heard of that before, or maybe I wasn't just looking for it before rather. But that really sounds good. Having snacks that are actually already formed to fit your needs and from the looks of it there are many choices. And that's what would make it a lot more cooler!
