I'm one of those nuts - I try to limit the amount of chemicals and preservatives - I know we can't get away from them completely - but if I can avoid adding anymore - I do it.

Oh I definitely agree with that, though I have done my research and the only additives in FF mayo are usually just Sodium benzoate and calcium disodium edta, both of which are fine in limited quantities. I is more the taste I am interested in ...
