JP you rock!!! Congratulations on your weight loss, that is quite an accomplishment and you must be proud! I hope you loved every bite of the one pounder tuna sandwich!:)

I hope you are OK with all the horrid weather that came your way! My little sis said Boiser City got hit real bad, and that a bad tornado ripped thru and was only a mile away from her location! I just Thank God she and hers are OK!

IC, I remember as a kid my Mom used to sometimes splurge and take us to the K-Mart Cafeteria for lunch. I remember that was the first place ever that I saw a tuna-stuffed tomato, and I thought they were SO cool and nifty! Also- cottage cheese on a leaf of iceburg, topped w/ a pineapple ring!
