I've recently discovered hard boiled eggs. I know this sounds radical but they're great to cook ahead and eat in a moment before you run out the door. Bring a piece of whole wheat toast along with a cup of tea and you have a nice meal.
You can microwave an egg in a minute or so and put in on toast with a piece of cheese. Start the toast. Then place a 1/2 tsp of butter in a small bowl, crack an egg in the bowl and beat it. Then microwave for 1/2 minute. Remove, beat again, and microwave for another 1/2 minute. Check if the egg is done, if not cook another 1/2 minute. The resulting egg will be flat and fit right on the toast. Top with cheese.
Quite simple. Learned from buy these at a bagel joint. So works with bagels too.

You can never go wrong with bringing a banana or some fresh fruit. If you have no time to prepare breakfast, why not make a good, healthy sandwich the night before, put in the ref, then heat in the oven toaster while you're brushing your teeth or something. Put filling that will not wilt or will heat well in the toaster. My suggestion, you can never go wrong with a ham and cheese or a ham and scrambled egg sandwich.
Wow aijaraza, you're right. What's it take to spend a minute and prepare a sandwich the night before? Or how long does it take to fry an egg in the morning? Both answers are minutes. A scrambled eggs on toast sandwich from scratch can't take more then trree minutes to make including toasting the bread.
Your banana and fruit suggestions are way healthier then eating eggs daily. An apple for breakfast might be the better choice
