Speaking of celebrity cookbooks- I just saw a clip on Fox News about Teeny-Boy/Heart-Throb Justin Timberlake's restaurant in NYC which is called "JT's SH" (SH is for "Southern Hospitality")

Among the foods they showed like Baby Back Ribs and Double-Crust Fried Chicken was an appetizer platter that looked kind of fun. It was piled high w/ BBQ Riblets, Chilled Pickled Shrimp, Deep-Fried Dill Pickle Spears, Devilled Eggs, Chicken Drummies, Panko'ed Fried Pork Ribs (I know weird!) and big ol' wedges of Smoked BBQ Bologna cut from a thick sliced round. Pretty cool! The goofy girls tasting it all swore it was yummy- every bite!

I never knew Justin Timberlake had a restaurant, I'm not surprised. He's got a lot of style that's for sure. ;) Cookie :)

I love his antics, but the guy can cook like nobodies business!!!

I always liked Dom Deluise to. I bet his cookbook would be really good. I bet he's got a lot of pasta dishes in his book & Homemade past sauce and appetizers to. I dare not buy another cookbook.

I just got the September issue of Rachael Ray magazine. She gives good ideas. In this magazine it's 30- minute meals & it's the (MEGA fall Issue.) Cookie :)

Hi Cookie,

You're right about Dom and the pasta dishes. I just loved reading his stories, he is very energetic and very ITALIAN!

My little family here all love Rachael Ray, she does some wonderful dishes. I am often tempted to buy her magazines, but I try and refrain. I just placed an order for Southern Living subscription and I know it will be chock full of lots of good stuff I love to read about! And recipes.

Today I took my granddaughter in to have her hair cut & styled and the beautician did such a great job, I think your line of work is neat cause you help people feel good:) That is a nice way to make a living!

Cathy
