Ian, your friend is correct, was 103° here yesterday. Gonna be the same today. We also have been a drought here forever I think. All or farm crops are lost.
Bar-B-Que, now thats an idea. I "Q" something most every week. Gonna do pork ribs Saturday. I love pork, Ribs, pork butt and beef brisket also. Beef right now is kinda pricey. Chicken is also a great product for the pit (or grill)
I also make sausage, you ever tried it. Its a fun thing. I make mine mostly in the winter.
