You can be as English as you want to be...or as "anything" as you may wish.
I absolutely adore Italian food - spaghetti, lasagne, cannoli, you name it, but only about 5% of me is Italian.....my stomach!! Perhaps that also contributes to your Englishness. JP is certainly correct about me - I'm not simply "English" but "British" as well - with my flapping Union Jack! Also Dutch, with a signet to show it. Anyone should take pride in who and what they are - and for you, CF, that includes a good, true heart!
