Hi everyone, It's really COLD here in Chicago :eek:. I had Chili for dinner tonight with extra cumin and chili spices and onion. I Love tomato bisque soup, chicken rice, minestrone, with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of it. French onion soup is really GOOD ordered out LOVE IT!! I like liver dumpling soup to or matzah ball, is really Good. This is really soup weather that's for sure. Cookie :)

My fav is white wine chicken soup with lots of broth, herbs, egg noodles and gnocchi thrown in.

Over the weekend I made a Spanish style seafood soup. It has cauliflower, potatoes, chickpeas, shrimp, squid and baby scallops in a saffron broth. mmmm delicious!
