Well, let's see.....it is really ironic......because I never thought I would like cooking. I went to a few classes in a small school. It is a cooking school/store. I went there for a few classes, then I thought, I could probably do this. Then I went to cooking school at home, with my mother as my teacher. I figure I could learn ANYTHING from her and not only is it hands-on, but it costs me nothing. Now that I have rambled on and on...... My mother is German, so we cook some german food, we basically cook any kind of food.
I have a Spice and Herb Bible. I want to experiment with different spices......maybe some holiday spices, and some everyday spices.
Anyway.......that is me......talk to you soon....

Hi Again Hc,
You Sound Entusiastic About Cooking And I Hope That Lasts You 4-ever! Your Spice And Herb Bible Sounds Terrific! You Know It's Amazing How They Change The Tatse Of Any Dish. For Instance There Is A Recipe I Make That Uses Cinnamon In The Beef Mixture (lebanese Style Stuffed Grape Leaves), Now You Would Think Mostly Of Cinnamon As A Spice For Flavoring Desserts, And Sweet Dishes Per Say, But Believe It Or Not It Is Excellent In The Beef And Gives It Such A Unique Flavor! Kids Automatically Love This Dish, They Like The Chicken Best But They Do Not Know Why Exactly Why!
I Love Ethnic Dished No Matter From What Region Of The World, Take A Taste Of Middle Eastern Food You Will Be Hooked, Cuban Hooked, And On And On The List Goes And It Is All In The Preparation And Unique Ingredients. In Cuban Cusine They Often Add Chopped Green Olives To A Dish Now It Gives A Totally New Flavor Addition To Any Old Dish. For Instance Chicken And Yellow Rice, Throw In Some Chopped Green Olives And Wa-la You Have A Totally New And Unusual Taste Treat! There Is Also A Seasoning Called Cavender's Greek Seasoning, Well You Ever Taste It On A Steak Or Hamberger And You'll Be Spoiled And Hooked On The Stuff! It Is Nice To Have You Aboard.
And Always Have Fun In The Kitchen, Cooking Is Fun!
