Well hopefully he will get promoted sooner! But don't feel guilty - you were right - and you did tell him so! He was given crutches to help him get around safely - it's up to him if he wants get hurt again!

Medako, I am wondering how the recovery is going up to now. I hope all is still well.

All is going pretty well. He went back to the doctor almost 2 weeks ago and got the okay to start putting weight back on his foot. He's taking some steps and walking short distances now without his crutches (but still wearing the boot). Hopefully by the time he goes back to the doctor (24th) he'll be walking on his own - no boot, no crutches.

Still haven't replaced the car, but the hunt is in full swing.
