Television seems to be the medium of following the leader. Copy, come close, similar themes. Look at all of the game shows that copied the success of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

I loved Hawaii Five-0, partly due to the beautiful scenery of the islands, and a good plot with good actors.

I haven't watched the show in like, years. I'm more of a Law and Order kinda gal. Anyway, I think the forensic people (when it was previously the cops) are in the limelight now--just look at all the CSI spinoffs.
