Well IF it were my Cafe' first thing I would do is hire Jafo as Manager and then he could tell me what to cook! Of-course I could never live there in the winter so it would be his "baby" until I returned for the summer season.
And since he'd be ther 75% of the time his profit sharing would also be 75%.
My main coffee to serve would be "Irish Coffee" and we would make lots of that every winter! It'll warm you in a hurry!
Unless of-course Jafo decides upon a different coffee to serve, as you all can probably tell I am not into Micro-Management!!!!
