I have a poor service story. My husband and I went to our local cell phone store to do some business. It's a very small town, so only one person works there and if a customer is already there, we expect to wait, which was the case. While the employee was working with another customer, however, she excused herself, went to the next office, opened the door and proceeded to yell at her children which she'd brought to work with her. At that point, we left; decided not to write the company, because she at least is working...........

AND, I agree that we need to seriously look at our lifestyles here in this country. My son just got back from a mission trip in Mexico. He and several others built a house for a family of 6. It's the size of a one car garage, no indoor plumbing, no kitchen. The family had been on a waiting list for 4 years, and they were so overcome with joy when they received the keys. I've been humbled. I hope I get the chance to make some changes in my life and intend to do some thinking about things I can do without....
