It's ashamed that such a nice guy owns it, because I was going to say Good Riddnace, I hate McD's food but that is just me:o

Maddy loves the McNuggets, and I always refuse to get them for her, but her grandfolks take her there and get them for her:mad: I just think their food is pure T Crap!!!!!

If I have to do the fast food thing I much prefer BK!!! And I always order mine with extra pickels and lots of special extras so I make sure I get a fresh burger not one that has been sitting under a warmer for God only knows how long!!!

I do not mind if other folks like it but that's just my own preference!

We might eat there once a month.
I have to admit I like taco bell. I get a craving for nachos lol. We never go out to eat more than once or twice at the most a month.

I wouldn't miss it if the local one in our area burned down ! I'm with Cathy...I don't eat at Mc D . There are not a lot of choices in this area for fast food. In Town....which is 7 miles from us...there is a Mc D.. Sonic,Burger K,Wendy's,Pizza Hut.PennsFish house Taco Bell and Rodeo Mexican Resurante....Sonic is ok...Don't like Wendy's .Bk or Penns.....lol...taco Bell just opened a few weeks ago.

Oh my gosh me too! If I have to eat fast food I always order mine without ketchup or sauce, so that they have to make it fresh. Ordering extra pickles will just make them open the bun of an already made burger and stick more pickles in it. Order without sauce!

We don't eat fast food at all.

For starters, McDonald's hamburgers make me sick. Literally. I get a queezy stomach, borderline naseua, and a headache.

Hawian Punch does the same thing, but in that it's the passionflower juice I'm reacting to.

Anyway, we used to put on 40-45,000 road miles a year. What we decided, when you're putting on 500 mile days, back to back to back, is that we really needed a longish lunch break. When appropriate, we'd picnic in roadside rests. Otherwise we'd go to a sit-down restaurant. Even the chains, we found, were better than the squat & gobble fast food places.

For only a couple of bucks more, we'd get waited on, have a real menu choice, and could sit and enjoy our time out of the car.

That habit has stayed with us. I can't remember the last time I was in a fast-food joint.
