Hello again, CF - Glad you enjoyed the mini-tour! There's more where those came from but it's going to take some time to sort them all out before I post any more of them. We took literally hundreds both in BI and in the Netherlands. The photos in Holland are really something - tulips all over the place and windmills galore! I could surely use some of that windmill action right now - we're HOT.
The "typical Irish Breakfast" was really good, although not a complete British "fryup" which consists of fried sausage, fried bacon (English type), fried flat bread, fried eggs, fried tomatoes, sauted mushrooms and pots upon pots of coffee or tea. If anyone can eat an entire fryup all alone they can often be served a second one free! I barely made it through the "mini" breakfast.
