I love Sophia Loren, not only drop dead beautiful, but also a lady and she has always been classy. I have heard her discuss her diet, and she has never needed to exercise simply because of her diet.

Well I think she also has never needed to exercise because she lives in Europe and in Europe they walk alot. It's so normal for them she might not even think of it as exercise.

Then again, in Europe things aren't such a sprawl so walking is practical.
