Kev...when my daughter was in the 2nd grade she got on this kick about pimento and cheese sandwiches. She had to take them every day for lunch. She had to have the crusts cut off and the sandwich sliced crossways into two pieces.She is OCD....hated odd number of anything ....If I put chips in her bag they had to be in a snadwich bag and she counted them to see if there was an even number of chips...lol...she grew out of the OCD some as she got older but she still counts things.
Poor Cathy I can just imagine you biting into that awful tasting liverwurst !

You know the funny part was I loved those Nuns to death!!!

My Dad used to take sandwiches of olive loaf, pickle-pimiento-loaf, and ham & cheese loaf in in work lonches. Gotta love Oscar Mayer!
