Hi Again C4F,
I also do crochet, and love scrap booking although it is one hobby I have not gotten into! But I love to see the works others do, it is just too splendid!
I had a friend she and her hubby made their own greeting cards, very similar to the way scrap-booking is made. And they were absolutely georgeous! You may get an idea or two of your own just by me mentioning that.
The other day I saw doillies at a .99 cent store and I was so tempted to buy some, now I think I will, I am going to incorporate them into some "Victorian" type Greeting cards.
You can purchase such neat miniature "stuff" to decorate the cards with now a days. Like for instance little tiny ornamental "stuff" for Baby Shower Invitations, or a special "Welcome to the World or Congratulations on the New Baby" cards!
This couple had stamps & all kinds of stuff they used on the cards, they packaged and sold their cards at specialty shops in the area. But I loved the idea, and so on a very special occassion I will make my own cards to give.
Thanks for sharing, Cathy
