I really don't have any great recipes as if yet, unless you like horse meat--ughhhh, but I'm in the market to find a great borscht recipe to post. I hate beets, but I ate at a place that had the best borsct to die for----I'm really trying hard to track this recipe down and if I do I will post it for everyone. Where in K. was your prof travelling from if you happen to know??? I'm now living in the new capital, Astana, and presently all of the foreign embassies are in the process of moving over or have already done so from the old capital of Almaty.
