I went to Walmart this morning to get a few things. When I went in a friend of ours who was the door greeter told me they had some whole turkeys on sale for .40 a pound. They were a off brand but I was fine with that. I got a 13.22 pound turkey for a little over $5. I am going to bake it for Sunday supper this weekend if it thaws out enough by then for me to get in atleast 24 hours of brining. We will have a mini Thanksgiving dinner Sunday.

jglass you always do things first class. You are the best! Actually I am having company this weekend a friend from the Cayman Islands visiting I bought a ham today for breakfast on Saturday and I will make fresh scones, omelette, fruits and stewed prunes
