Hey thanks JP! I love both recipes, the no-salt seasoning sounds GREAT! I just recently bough no-salt Spike seasoning...I LOVE THE STUFF!!! You def. do not miss the salt >well> as much:o

If you're not a heart patient just put 1 tsp of salt in there to bring it back up to speed. This makes quite a few servings. I keep one mixed up and use it on a lot of things.

There are two soups that I love. One is the classic Chicken Noodle Soup and the other is a Turkish Red Lentil Soup. They are delicious and they are like comfort foods for me. Although the weather has been warmer I still can't help but make them!

Chicken Dumpling - the kind with big dumplings that is BEST when you're sick.

Also enjoy - Beef Vegetable, French Onion, Minestrone, Chicken Gumbo, and Cream of anything :)
