I was thinking about one large enough to bake a chicken in. At under 15 Lbs it should allow me to bake for long periods of time outside without heating up the house during our long Louisiana summers. I have long ago switched to the gas grill for baking potatoes just for that reason. You guys have any suggestions on which model?
