I made this recipe off the can of Bush's. We used sweet onion instead of red onion recommended on the can. It still tasted fine but I think the red onion would have made the dish much prettier.
  • 1 can Kirkland Signature Albacore Tuna from Costco
  • 1 can rinsed and drained cannellini beans
  • About 3/4 cup onion
  • A bit over 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • EVOO, salt and pepper to taste

Here is a link to it on my blog. I do have a photo of it and I think you will see that the onion substitution made it a little plain looking. Still, it tasted fine and it was pretty healthy.

I use them for a quick cassoulet.

I don't eat white chili but imagine they'd
work well in that.
