Does anyone know where you can get McCormick's Herb Garden seasoning? It was discontinued in 2009 and up until this point I have been able to find it pretty easily online through amazon or google. Now I can't seem to find it ANYWHERE unless I want to drive to a mom and pop shop a few states over and there is no garuntee that they will definitely have it. Please help! If you knwo anywhere that would still carry this, I would appreciate you letting me know. I am desperate - I put it in everything I make.

I think they discontinued all of those herb shaker thingies. They've been replaced with McCormick's Perfect Pinch line of seasonings. I'm not swearing to this but from looking for the same things you did, this is what I've deduced. I bought their Perfect Pinch Vegetable 'flavor'. They're on the grocery shelf somewhere around the Mrs. Dash stuff. They've got various flavorings that would seem to be competing with Mrs. Dash. Hope this helps.

make your own -

1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1 tsp. white pepper

Mix all ingredients well, and store in cool dry place up to 6 months.
