LOL! I guess I'm different. I would rather buy my eggs from a small farm where I know they are fresh, vs. a supermarket where you have no idea.

Maybe it's because I saw this episode of 20/20 years ago...they did an expose' on eggs and how some folks were rewashing and repackaging eggs instead of tossing them on their "sell by" date. :eek:

I also like maple syrup on my eggs.

My favorite type of eggs are scrambled.

Because I'm trying to limit my fat inake, I always prefer poached but when I feel creative and when my stomach is demanding something different, I always do omelets. I especially love crab omelets.

I make eggs, hash browns, and either sausage, bacon or ham or maybe all of them. I layer them all together and either have salsa over them or country gravy. I say it on Food Network at a Diner that All roker was visiting one time.
