I don't know. everyone says they think it's hard honestly I never had any problem with it. Like most things that have few ingredients it's just about following the right technique. But then I'm a little strange I guess. The first dish I ever made was fillet of sole with dill burre blanc sauce. It turned out so well I used to make it once a week after that. It wasn't until many years later I learned that was supposed to be a hard thing to make.

Some of the easiest things are the hardest sometimes. It's when you make it Look easy You must be good or doing something right! Cookie :)

Cool weather I think chili or stew. I devoted several winters tring to find the best chili recipe I could make. I make 2 or 3 gallons at the time.
