Does anybody heared a restaurant named "RongHuaJi" fast-food, this Chinese restaurant chain-store had always opened at KFC next door, his purpose was standing up to KFC as an equal. With the help of KFC work of opening address, for the communities (survey, peripheral crowd income level, comsumption custom, meal time etc) ,but gradually, it faded away as well.
But KFC would never be worried about competitor, a new Chinese fast –food chain store come, and it seems much better than "RongHuaJi".
why? Maybe i’m a little bit extreme, but I ‘d like to illustrate my point: Chinese food is too flexible or too unstable, someone rarely say “a little, the right amount, slow fire,medium heat” in western it was doomed to Chinese food is unlikely to maintain consistency, even for the same restaurants same cook the same raw materials, the same way of cooking, two dishes may also won't be the same taste. While western relatively is strict, raw materials will usually be accurate to grams, of course, it would occasionally use “a little” , but it is usually let you according to your own taste to make adjustments.
This perhaps Coca-Cola successes, the rich may drink wine valued tens of thousands of dollars, the poor may drink worth a few dozens dollars, the rich can drink evian, the poor can drink water, but they drink Coca-Cola are the same!
