Ethnic foods for me, Asian especially spicy ones like those from Thai and India. Next is Italian. I just can't resist those. Then, I'd go for Japanese--just the California Maki.
mexican - the hotter the better. If the peppers don't make the top of your head sweat, they're not hot enough. 

LOL. I'm of this mind as well. One time I tried a bunch of salsas that made me cry (I'm not kidding). That was a fun day.
I looove Cuban food. Black beans and rice, plantains, shredded beef and pork. YUM.
