I finally put all of my recipes down on paper and made a cookbook (for myself, to use as gifts, and to sell for a little extra Christmas cash). They're all stored nicely in a 3 ring binder (until I start finding new stuff and stuffing loose pages in there!)
Sorry, but all my recipes are in my head. In fact, I recently tried to write one down and found that I could not. I know how to make all of them, but I don't measure anything and have no idea how to tell someone how to make something without showing them.
I think sometimes cooking is a bit like driving. It's a bit difficult to tell someone how much to turn the steering wheel to make a 3-point turn or to do reverse or parallel parking, heh!
My dear husband bought me one of those recipe boxes. It is a wooden one. I keep them in there in alphabetical order. Also I have some bookmarked in my favorites file on the pc
I usually keep mine in a big binder folder, its really messy. Reminds me to clean it up
I usually have one album like collection. I keep them on clearbooks so it will be easily available for me. I would not want to collect them in the computer because if there's power failure the recipe won't be available. But I also keep a back up copy there just in case.
